Internal keyboard and touch pad not working. Also, unit sends to hang on restart requiring reset.Spent 2 hours online with HP tech. Drivers will not load. Tried to reinstall drivers w/o success. Multiple system restores would not fix problem. After last restore, system would not boot. Did clean install of windows to factory fresh settings. Still must use USB keyboard + mouse.
