What
is your turnaround time?
We usually get our laptops repaired within 1-5 business
days, but can take longer depending if we have part in stock.
Who
pays shipping?
The customer pays for all shipping, the prices listed on
this site is for mail in only. These are special pricing
for all businesses and individuals. We welcome all computer
repair shops. Every package we send out has $1,000 of
insurance on it. If you need additional insurance please
let us know. We will not be held liable for any shipping
issues. Please
do not send more than one laptop in each box. Cost
for shipping each laptop back is $25 which includes shipping
and insurance.
Why
would i want to do this when i can go to a local computer
repair shop?
Because we are about 3 times faster at repairing
laptops than any other local shop and the cost of your local
repair shop repairing your laptop will be much greater than
us repairing it. Also we make many repairs that local shops
will not attempt, one being solder joints on dc jacks. This
one operation saves about $300 to $600 for a new motherboard.
Are
the repair rates the same for everything?
No.

DC jack repair rate is $94 for basic jacks (when only
shipping the motherboard) and $149 when shipping the computer
off. This price does not include the jack.
- LCD
backlight repair is $149 plus the light most lights are
under $30
Free
Diagnostic for all laptops starting 4-16-08
All
laptops we are offering a free diagnostic. There will be
a charge if we are doing a motherboard inspection cost for
inspection of motherboards is $49 this includes pulling
the machine completely apart to review damage on the motherboard.
Do
all the jacks cost the same?
- No
every jack is different in pricing. Call if you have any
questions.
- There
is one jack that we can not replace.
What
if i have more than one thing wrong?
If you
have more than one thing wrong with your laptop each additional
repair is $35 , the first repair would be a flat fee of
$59.
Storage
Fee’s
We may
charge a $5 per business day charge if we have contacted
you repeatedly for payment. During this we must contact
you directly meaning if we leave a voice mail this is not
in direct contact with you. We also must provide a date
that payment must be received by. This
is only for customers who are looking to avoid payment.
We do not hide charges and would tell you before we charged
you. We are an honest and hard working company here for
you.
We are
low on space and have laptops coming in and out every day
we do not want to charge this fee, but many customers force
us to use this method to get things moving.
Non
Payment
Effective immediately
Customers will be given 30 Days to make a payment for our
repair service. The 30 days begins the day after the pay
before date that we issue directly to the customer, either
via phone or email. We will contact you via phone / email
for this payment multiple times, in which if payment is
not received then we will acquire your goods in which they
will be auctioned off to help cover our expenses for parts/time.
Please make your payment before this date. Non responsive
customers will be given 30 days to respond if there is no
response within 30 days then we will acquire your goods.
Chargebacks
Any customer issuing a chargeback
with there credit Card Company we will charge $20 extra
on top of the current bill. If unpaid a 25% fee will be
added to the entire bill and item will be sent over to collections.
Do
you do warranty repairs?
No, we
only repair laptops out of warranty, unless the warrantee
is with us, if your computer has a warrantee on it already
i would recommend shipping to them, keep in mind we repair
many things that most manufactures will not repair, they
will just replace a part.
We do
this to keep cost down for the customer, instead of ordering
a motherboard every time we will try to fix it, with an
90% success rate of motherboard repair.
Do
you warranty your repairs?
Yes, we give all customers 30 day warranty on all our repair
work.
Equipment
Failure
We are not responsible for any type of electronic failure
unless we supply a warranty.
Shipping
We use UPS as our current
shipper and give $1000 worth of insurance on every package
we ship out. Additional insurance can be added on by request
only. We are not responsible for any problems that might
occur via shipping company; this is in the hands of the
shipper. We ship all boxes in the same packaging as when
they arrived.
Data
Loss
We are not responsible for loss of data.
Legal
Action
If such a problem occurs and we cannot come to an agreement
with the customer then the location of the court system
will be at our discretion, located in the nearest court
system in “Virginia Beach, VA”.
By
shipping your laptop off to us you automatically agree to
our terms.
You
have the option of not having us repair your machine.
